The business
Match My Venue is a UK venue-sourcing agency helping businesses find event spaces. They offer curated shortlists (48-hour turnaround), a searchable venue directory (19,000+ UK venues), and concierge sourcing services. Clients include Microsoft, Nike, Mastercard, UCL, and the UN.
The Challenge
What needed to be solved?
The existing site and brand needed a complete redesign to feel modern and trustworthy. Beyond visuals, the platform required a functional dashboard enabling two distinct user roles — venue admins and clients — to manage bookings and venues efficiently, with role-specific permissions, clear workflows, and an intuitive booking management experience.

The Solution
How it was built
Design & Development
A clean, professional interface built around a searchable venue directory and curated shortlist experience, with a dashboard layer designed to keep venue admins and clients moving through bookings without friction.
Wix approach
The site and dashboard were built on Wix Studio with custom Velo code, extending Wix's native capabilities to support two distinct user roles, permission-based views, and dynamic booking data.
Functionality
A custom-built booking dashboard with role-based access for venue admins and clients, covering booking creation, status tracking, and venue management, connected to a searchable directory of 19,000+ UK venues.
Client Proof
In their words
"The project has exceeded my expectations. They are professional, efficient and great at collaboration. They get to understand what you want to achieve and what they deliver far exceeds this. I could not recommend them enough and we will be using them again in the future"
